1. Agreement

2. Services Description
PortalX Flow School provides professional education, mentoring, and related materials for integration and workflow topics. Features, schedules, and cohort formats may change with notice on this site or by email.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials. We may suspend access for misuse, harassment of staff or participants, or attempts to circumvent technical limits.
4. Intellectual Property
Curriculum materials, templates, recordings where provided, and branding remain our property or our licensors'. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or scraping is prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not introduce malware, probe systems without authorization, harvest personal data of other learners, or use outputs to misrepresent employer affiliations. Collaborative exercises must respect confidentiality of peer submissions.
6. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
Education services are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Our aggregate liability arising from these terms is limited to fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, except where Korean law requires otherwise.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Korea shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
8. Termination and Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate access for breach. Certain provisions survive termination, including IP, liability limits where enforceable, and governing law.
