1. Scope

2. Eligibility window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of delivered core materials or live sessions, whichever metric applies first to your program. Custom enterprise engagements follow their statements of work.
3. Full refunds
Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort, duplicate a charge in error, or cannot provide access due to our fault, subject to payment processor timelines.
4. Partial refunds
If you withdraw after attending sessions beyond the threshold in section 2, partial refunds may be calculated based on unused weeks minus administrative fees disclosed on your invoice.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party exam vouchers, non-returnable hardware if ever bundled, and services fully rendered (e.g., completed 1:1 career reviews) are non-refundable once delivered.
6. Process
Email hello@portalxflow.digital with your enrollment reference, reason, and proof of payment. We respond within 5 business days with a decision and timeline. Refunds return to the original payment method where possible.
7. Korean consumer rights
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws. For disputes, you may use consumer dispute resolution commissions or courts as provided by law.
